Privacy Policy

Last updated 26 October 2026

Tailyr is currently in public beta. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights under UK data protection law.

1. Who we are

Tailyr is operated by 1 Music Everywhere Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 11497079, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ). We are the controller of your personal data. Contact us at privacy@tailyr.co.

2. What we collect

3. Why we use it

4. Who we share it with

We only pass your contact details to a supplier or partner after asking your permission. Once passed on, that partner is responsible for how it uses them under its own privacy policy.

We also use service providers who process data for us: Supabase (database), Vercel and Railway (hosting), Slack (internal notifications), Formspree (website forms), Mailchimp (a one-off launch email to people on our waitlist, and no marketing emails), our artificial intelligence provider, OpenAI, and Google Analytics (only if you consent). We do not sell your personal data.

5. Automated responses

Tailyr uses artificial intelligence to understand your request and suggest suppliers. It can be wrong. We do not use it to make solely automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

6. How long we keep it

After we hand your contact details to a specialist or partner, we delete your identifying information from the Tailyr network. We keep the conversation itself, without identifying details, for 12 months. Form submissions and emails are kept only as long as needed to deal with them.

7. Cookies

We use cookies only for Google Analytics, and only if you click Accept on our cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" in the site footer. Nothing else on this site sets non-essential cookies.

8. International transfers

Some of our providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum.

9. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, to object to our use of it, to receive a copy of it, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email privacy@tailyr.co. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

10. Age

Tailyr is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

11. Security and changes

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
