Terms of Use
1. About Tailyr
Tailyr is operated by 1 Music Everywhere Limited, registered in England and Wales (company number 11497079, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ). Tailyr is an intelligent search and introduction service. We are not a seller, broker or agent, and no transactions take place on Tailyr.
2. Who can use it
You must be 18 or over. Tailyr is currently available in the UK only.
3. Beta service
Tailyr is a genuine beta test. It is provided "as is" and "as available". Features may change, be interrupted or be removed, and data may be reset.
4. Automatically generated information
We try our best to be accurate, but results are generated by artificial intelligence and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Always verify details with the supplier before relying on them.
5. Suppliers and partners
Suppliers and partners are independent businesses. We have no liability for them and no association with them beyond their presence on our network. Partners are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, quality, sales, payment, fulfilment and aftercare. Any contract you make is with them, not us. We may earn commission or fees from partners or subscriptions.
To list a discreet asset, a partner must be its owner, a principal, or hold an authorised mandate. We do not work with brokers or intermediaries who claim access to an asset. Sensitive assets can be listed discreetly only through an Elite Partner already on the network. Some assets on Tailyr are available by introduction only. We may remove any listing or partner that does not meet these requirements.
6. No advice
We do not give investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Any recommendation reflects your taste and preferences, not financial gain. The value of items can fall as well as rise.
7. Plans
There is a free tier with capped usage and a paid tier with uncapped and discreet asset searches. Pricing, billing and cancellation terms will be shown before you buy. Your statutory rights are not affected.
8. Acceptable use
We do not tolerate abuse on the network. You must not:
- harass, threaten, abuse or discriminate against anyone, including suppliers and our team;
- post unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory or sexually explicit content;
- impersonate another person or business, or give false information;
- spam, scrape, or use bots or automated tools to extract data;
- try to bypass limits, probe or attack our systems, or reverse engineer the service;
- use Tailyr for money laundering, sanctions evasion or any illegal purpose;
- try to take introductions off the platform to avoid its rules where a partner has asked for them to stay on it, or misuse another person's contact details.
9. Suspension
We may suspend or block any user, supplier or partner, or restrict access, at any time and without notice if we think these terms are being broken or the network is at risk.
10. Intellectual property and your content
We own Tailyr, including its software, branding and design. You keep ownership of what you submit. You give us a free, worldwide licence to use it to run and improve Tailyr, including through feedback and retrieval-based learning. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
11. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot legally be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, opportunity or reputation, for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from automatically generated information, from the actions of suppliers or partners, or from decisions you make about items or purchases. Our total liability to you is limited to the greater of £100 and the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Changes and ending
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use Tailyr means you accept the updated terms. You can stop using Tailyr at any time.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have to bring a claim in your local UK court.
